DVBViewer.Pro.v4.5.0.0. Portable

this is from another board and I liked it cause it is portable, however, it comes with a catch, the Virustotal report comes less than perfect , so download and use at your risk; My symantec endpoint protection didn't give any warning, but other engines did; I included a url to the report

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong, but it works on my windows server 2003 sp2 R2; hopefully somebody else will try it and give some report about the issue
