The packages are based on e-Tobi's debian squeeze vdr-multipatch repository (see: http://e-tobi.net/vdr-experimental).
The original VDR is written by Klaus Schmiedinger (see: http://www.tvdr.de).
My system is running with Debian squeeze (kernel 2.6.32-5-amd64), eTobi's VDR and Udo Richter's dvbapi-wrapper (see: http://www.udo-richter.de).
You can get Debian squeeze at http://www.debian.org.
To use this repository add the following lines as file with the extension ".list" into /etc/apt/sources.list.d (e.g. /etc/apt/sources.list.d/vdr.list)
deb http://www.marcel-jueling.de/vdr squeeze addons base backports non-free vdr
deb-src http://www.marcel-jueling.de/vdr squeeze addons base backports non-free vdr
Look in the project folder for templates.
The source and binary packages are signed with gpg. The easiest way to import my gpg key is to enter the following command (as root):
apt-key adv --keyserver pgp.zdv.uni-mainz.de --recv-key 9E65B3E4
Or you can install the package "jueling-keyring" (as root: apt-get install jueling-keyring).
