* FIX: During SI scan, the application could crash some times.
* FIX: EIT sections with table_id's 0x51 - 0x5f and 0x61 - 0x6f were not found during SI scan.

* Service player: added option to select MPEG decoder filters (MPEG audio/video, H264 and AC3) used for service playing.
* Service player: added option to select third party MPEG splitter/de-multiplexer, i.e used with H264 services. Only 'Elecard MPEG Push Demultiplexer' has been verified to work at time of this writing.
* Service player: added support for H264 and AC3 decoding. 'CyberLink H.264/AVC Decoder (TechnoTrend)' has been verified working.
* PIDSCAN FIX: h264/AVC frame height was not shown correctly.
* PIDSCAN: Added logging of PTS/DTS time stamps for PES streams.
* PIDSCAN: Added logging of EMM section and bytes count for CA streams in CAT.
* PIDSCAN: Added logging of ECM section and bytes count for CA streams in PMT.
* BDA: added support for Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-HD-S2, DiSEqC and DVB-S2 tuning (experimental).
